We booked 4 room - 3 out of 4 room have some issue on its own. Prompt service e.g. call for maintenance to repair aircon n cistern faulty - arrived in 5 to 10 mins.

Location wise excellent coz its nearby to many eateries, and also theres a mall too. But didnt bother check it out. Room was very clean and well furnished. Good bedding fittings, room was cleaned oftenly. Free flow of bottled water. Breakfast buffet was just ok for me in terms of variety and tastewise. Plenty of parking lot surrounding the hotel.

I have been staying at Amansari for years everytime when I'm at Desaru. The staff have been most helpful and have never disappointed me with their services. Also probably having a fantastic leader, Hotel Manager Encik Zambri leading the team. Continue with the good service and will definitely stay here on my future trips to Desaru. Thank you

The rooms were neat and clean with daily housekeeping. The location was surrounded by eateries with Pakistani food, seafood, Malay Nasi Padang, Pizza Hut, Subway, bakery, etcetera. Simply delightful! The hotel was just a few km away from the beach. If I had chosen a beach resort, I would have missed out on the food splendour near the hotel! Staff were prompt in answering our requests and queries. Courteous, polite. They even got me an excellent driver who would take us to places of interest at an affordable rate. Thank you.

Its comfortable, clean and enjoyable to stay. I stayed for one night so I dont really get to use all the facilities but overall i love it so much

Location was good, and there was free parking right below the hotel. Good food options available nearby, and the beach was an 8 min drive away, just a straight road down from the hotel. Customer service was great and friendly too! Sheets are clean, we got fresh towels everyday, and no problem with hot water.

We have stayed at this hotel for the second time. Despite being a 3-star hotel, it provided excellent service and was conveniently located near amenities and good food options. We had a late check-in due to heavy traffic at the Causeway, but the staff was helpful and prepared our room. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was decent. We would definitely consider staying here again.

The strategic location, which is near to a mall, various food establishments, a 24-hour laundrette, ample parking space, and a petrol kiosk, made the family trip a wonderful experience. Very convenient. Short driving distance to the water plays and beach.

Strategic location of the hotel, as there are a lot of restaurants (mostly halal/muslim), supermarket, 7 Eleven and mini mart for any necessities. It is alos near to the Le Cloud Cafe and Comma Bakes cafe which are highly recommended. The hotel location is easily recognized by Grab Drivers
